Shipping & Returns
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within Sweden is 3-6 days, and 10-15 days internationally. Shipping during holidays may vary from regular delivery time.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, nature, transfers from our courier to the local carrier in your country, transportation strikes or delays, or any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left Sweden.
You will receive an automated email when your order ships, which will include a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active within the carrier's system.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has passed, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you receive damaged goods please contact us right away with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, please provide any photos of the damage.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
We offer a one (1) year limited warranty on our at-home products.
To be eligible for a return you must first contact us at email@example.com with your order information. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, or your return/exchange will not be processed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
